Background

The client GSoft is in the business of improving workplaces through software that facilitates employee happiness. Their signature product Officevibe already had a really nice visual brand identity and they wanted something that would be distinct and also to live on its own but would also compliment the existing brands.

I did an audit of the current product and the existing brands and got to work developing their new brand identity.

Visual Brand

I started by developing mood boards with styles and colour palettes to define the visual tone for the brand. As an onboarding software, it was very important to capture a welcoming, fun and inviting tone with both colour and imagery.

Once we had the overall visual feel developed, I moved on to supporting imagery to further the story and emphasize the importance of human interaction when starting a new job even if the work is remote

Wireframes

The website was designed with human resources and managers in mind. Using the brand we developed, the site tells the story of the app and the way it facilitates the on-boarding process while promoting connections which allow new employees to feel more welcome when coming to a new company.
