A cohesive launch package


Clarity, speed, and pragmatic collaboration
I worked cross-functionally with product, content, and engineering to align quickly and keep decisions focused. With no motion support during the initial sprint, I prototyped and animated the hero interaction in Cursor to articulate motion intent early and enable a build-ready implementation. Post-launch, we elevated the experience with a more refined motion system, developing polished assets through structured storyboards and a deeper exploration of product setup and usage states. This ensured the interaction felt considered, cohesive, and grounded in real product behaviour. Given the pace of delivery, I prioritised clarity over cleverness, using hierarchy, pacing, and scannability to ensure the concept landed in seconds, not minutes.



Framing a new commerce model
A focused launch landing page that introduces Agentic Commerce in plain language, leads with benefits, and grounds an emerging concept in Shopify’s established visual and product language. The experience uses restrained, product-forward visuals and a motion-led hero to guide attention, build confidence, and drive action through strategically placed waitlist calls to action.

A strong foundation for early demand
The page shipped on time and is now live as the primary lead-generation surface for Agentic Commerce for folks not currently on Shopify. While results are still early signal only it is trending very positively with a 97.2% waitist sign up rate and the launch establishes a clear narrative, reduces the perceived friction to platform switching, and provides a strong foundation for iteration as performance data comes in.
