A cohesive launch package

A concept that lands in seconds
When the timeline is 10 days, you learn quickly what's load-bearing and what's decoration. I worked cross-functionally with product, content, and engineering to keep decisions fast and focused. With no motion support in the initial sprint, I prototyped and animated the hero interaction in Cursor to establish motion intent early and hand off something build-ready. Post-launch, we refined the motion system through structured storyboards and a deeper exploration of product setup and usage states โ making the interaction feel considered and grounded in real product behaviour. Given the pace, I prioritised hierarchy, pacing, and scannability over cleverness.



Visual and direct
A launch page that treats clarity as the creative challenge. Plain language, benefit-forward structure, and Shopify's visual language doing the trust work quietly in the background. The motion-led hero anchors the concept without over-explaining it, and the waitlist CTAs are placed where momentum naturally peaks, not just sprinkled throughout.

Shipped on time ๐
With such a short turnaround it was very close but we managed to ship in 10 business days! Now live as the primary lead-gen surface for Agentic Commerce. Early signal only, but 97.2% waitlist conversion is a strong one. More importantly, the page gives us a clear narrative foundation to iterate from, which matters as much as the launch number when the product is still evolving.
