A cohesive launch package

Lowering the barrier to branding
I started a hack days project with a small team to swap the underlying generation for a generative AI pipeline. The bet was simple: if the logos got good enough, the entire surface could change. AI-generated could lead the experience rather than sit behind a builder trying to disguise it. Every design decision downstream, messaging, flow, customization, hinged on whether the models could carry it. They could.

A tool that leads with what it actually is
A step-by-step flow: business details, visual style, generated options. Each stage designed to feel like progress rather than homework. The interface stayed out of the way. Strong visuals, minimal friction, clear next steps. The supporting assets I created, logos on business cards, packaging, storefronts, were there to do something specific: help someone see their idea in the world before it exists. That imaginative leap is what gets people to commit.

Empowering early-stage entrepreneurs
In an A/B test against the original tool, the new version increased lead conversion by 37%. Prospect conversion improved 12 to 20% across time windows. Projected impact is 2,000 to 3,700 new merchants a year. We plan to continue to learn from the logo generation models to give even better quality results as we get more user feedback.
